ARC is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Supervisor / Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join an established and reputable M&E contractor based in Lincoln.

The Role
This is a varied dual role, combining hands-on electrical site supervision with Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) responsibilities. You'll play a key role in ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current regulations and company standards.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate labour and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and support electrical compliance, inspections and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day electrical works on site
Coordinate electricians, subcontractors and site activities
Support the Project Manager with project delivery
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
Carry out inspections and support quality assurance processes
Ensure compliance with BS7671 and current electrical regulations
Maintain strong communication with clients and the wider project team
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification
18th Edition (BS7671)
City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification)
Previous experience supervising electrical projects
Experience supporting electrical compliance or QS duties
SSSTS or SMSTS
Gold CSCS Supervisor Card
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience managing electrical packages valued at £500k+
DBS check (enhanced clearance required – support provided)
