Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Our client, a values-driven and award-winning care provider, is seeking a Growth and Partnerships Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. This role will support the continued growth and development of domiciliary care services across Hampshire through the strengthening of professional relationships, community engagement and local partnerships.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys relationship building, networking and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with healthcare professionals, community organisations and local authorities you will help raise awareness of services, develop referral networks and support sustainable growth through trusted partnerships.
The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, although some flexibility may be required to attend networking events, community initiatives and business functions outside of normal working hours. Time off in lieu is provided.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships across the local healthcare and community sectors. This is a commercially aware position, centred on enhancing local presence and creating opportunities through meaningful engagement.
You will work collaboratively with operational teams and the marketing function to increase brand awareness, strengthen referral pathways and support the organisation's reputation within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, local authorities, community organisations and other key stakeholders.
Develop referral networks and identify opportunities to increase awareness of services within the local community.
Represent the business at networking events, industry forums, exhibitions and community initiatives.
Work closely with marketing colleagues to support campaigns, events, promotional activities and local engagement initiatives.
Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and establish new relationships that support service growth.
Support individuals and families seeking care by providing information.
Liaise with NHS teams, social workers, care brokers, case managers and other professional referrers.
Monitor local market activity, community needs and partnership opportunities, providing feedback to the leadership team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce activity reports to support engagement and growth strategies.
Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives through community engagement and local networking activities.
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with relevant legislation, GDPR requirements, CQC regulations and organisational policies.About You

You will possess:
Experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, business development or client account management.
A proven ability to build and nurture long-term professional relationships.
Strong networking skills with the confidence to represent an organisation externally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and planning abilities.
Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Commercial awareness with a genuine passion for delivering positive outcomes within the community.Desirable Experience
Experience within health, social care or domiciliary care services.
Knowledge of NHS and Local Authority referral pathways.
Experience working with community organisations, networking groups and professional referral networks.
