How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Markets & Securities - Reconciliations & Reporting Associate

    12 Month Contract

    We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients. They are currently looking for a Trade Support Reconciliations & Reporting Associate to join them for an initial 12 month contract, however there may be scope for extension.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Accountable for the timely and accurate completion of daily MiFID II reporting and related activities, ensuring all regulatory and contractual obligations are met
    Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring issues and queries are escalated and resolved promptly
    Maintain and periodically review desktop procedures, updating the policy and procedures database in line with bank standards
    Proactively identify and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
    Ensure adherence to bank policies, control frameworks, and best practices at all times
    Ensure full compliance with applicable MiFIR regulatory requirements
    Follow compliance procedures rigorously, complete mandatory training, and integrate regulatory requirements into day‑to‑day activities, demonstrating awareness of associated risks and controls
    Skills, Experience & Knowledge:

    Product experience
    Preparing and reporting data
    Looking at data sets and investigating breaks
    Good stakeholder communication
    Experience of MiFID ll and MiFIR reporting
    Experienced in Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

    Location:

    This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 2-3 days a week.

    Working hours:

    Standard working hours with some flex where required.
