We're working with an established technology organisation that develops enterprise SaaS, Cloud and Unified Communications platforms used by organisations across the UK and internationally.
As part of continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Product Manager to help shape the future direction of their cloud platform.
This is a strategic product leadership role, working closely with Engineering, Sales, Solution Consultants and Marketing to deliver products that solve real customer problems and drive commercial success.
We're particularly interested in speaking with Product Managers who have experience within:
* UCaaS
* CCaaS
* SaaS
* Cloud Platforms
* Enterprise Software
* Contact Centre Technologies
* Customer Experience (CX)
* Communications Technology
You'll bring:
✔ 5+ years' Product Management experience within SaaS, Cloud, UCaaS or CCaaS environments.
✔ Strong Agile methodology experience, ideally as a Product Owner.
✔ Experience managing product backlogs, user stories and sprint planning using Jira.
✔ A proven ability to balance customer needs with commercial priorities.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
✔ Degree educated (2:1 or above preferred).

£80000.00 - £120000.00 per year
