Premier Education Ltd are currently working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Cheshire West who are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to support them throughout the new academic year.

Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience or an experienced teacher seeking greater flexibility and a better work-life balance, we have a range of opportunities to suit you.

Supply teaching gives you the chance to experience a variety of schools, build your confidence, and enjoy the freedom to choose when and where you work. Many of our long-term and permanent placements begin through successful supply work, making it an excellent way to get your foot in the door with local schools.

We have opportunities available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with work to suit teachers looking for anything from one day a week to full-time long-term placements.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across the primary curriculum

Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners

Follow school policies and ensure continuity of learning

Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Assess and provide feedback where required

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

ECTs and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

A flexible, enthusiastic and professional approach

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history

An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

Pay

£120 - £170 per day (dependent on experience, pay scale and assignment)
