This isn't a role where you'll spend your days firefighting vacancies or waiting for CVs to land in your inbox. It's about influencing hiring decisions, challenging thinking, uncovering hard-to-find talent and helping a rapidly expanding engineering and construction business continue its remarkable growth across the UK and Europe. You'll have the freedom to innovate, the backing to introduce new ideas and the opportunity to leave your mark on how recruitment is delivered.
Better still, you'll do it from one of the most unique office environments around – a beautifully restored historic building surrounded by stunning Buckinghamshire countryside, where collaboration, creativity and fresh thinking are genuinely encouraged.
What's in it for you?
Salary of £55,000–£65,000 depending on experience
Work within a business experiencing exceptional growth across major engineering and construction projects
Beautiful office location with landscaped grounds, countryside walks and an inspiring working environment
Genuine opportunity to influence recruitment strategy rather than simply filling vacancies
Highly collaborative People team that welcomes new ideas and continuous improvement
Excellent benefits package including the EV Octopus electric vehicle scheme with significant tax savings

Manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, technical and corporate vacancies
Partner with hiring managers to plan workforce requirements and build effective hiring strategies
Proactively source talent through direct search, networking, referrals and targeted recruitment campaigns

Recruitment experience gained within construction, engineering or another technical environment
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships
Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously within a fast-moving business
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
