Tezlom Healthcare Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic Female Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team and support a range of Day care centres, care homes, nursing homes and supported living services across Hayes, Hounslow and Uxbridge.
As a Tezlom Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting individuals to live with dignity, independence and confidence. Whether you are supporting someone with their daily routine, offering a listening ear, or providing essential care, your contribution will make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

Your Role Will Include:
* Providing compassionate, person-centred care and support.
* Supporting service users with personal care while maintaining dignity, respect and choice.
* Assisting with daily living activities and encouraging independence.
* Providing companionship and emotional support.
* Supporting mobility and safe transfers where required.
* Promoting wellbeing and a positive quality of life.
* Observing and reporting changes in service users’ health, behaviour or wellbeing.
* Completing care records accurately and following agreed support plans.
* Working alongside care teams and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent standards of care.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker or Carer within care homes, nursing homes, supported living or domiciliary care.
* A caring, reliable and professional attitude.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.
* Ability to work confidently as part of a team.
* Flexibility to cover bank shifts across Hayes, Hounslow and Uxbridge.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS check required (Adult Workforce). Candidates without an Enhanced DBS must be willing to complete one as part of the registration process.
Desirable:
* Experience supporting individuals with dementia, mental health needs, learning disabilities or complex needs
* Up-to-date mandatory training certificates or willing to sign up
* Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
* NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
