About the role
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join a national business within their growing wholesale team. This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience who is looking to build on their skills in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
You will be joining at an exciting stage of growth, you will support their continued focus on improving customer experience, strengthening wholesale relationships, and making the most of sales opportunities across our customer base.
What you'll be doing
Proactively engaging in inbound conversations with external and wholesale customers.
Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular contact and excellent service.
Holding regular check-in calls with customers to understand requirements and identify opportunities.
Resolving operational issues and price queries, including follow-up calls where needed.
Identifying and acting on opportunities to increase sales and develop wholesale customer accounts.
Managing enquiries and sales requests via phone and online channels.
About you
We are looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience across the accounts they manage. You should be confident speaking directly with customers, with experience in either a phone-based customer service environment or a retail setting.
You'll also work with a variety of departments across the business, so the ability to engage with others, build rapport, and communicate effectively at all levels is highly desirable.
