Full-Time Position September 2026 Start Erith/Bexley Area

Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator looking for an exciting opportunity within a supportive primary school environment?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join a welcoming local primary school in the Erith/Bexley area on a full-time basis from September 2026.

Whether you are an experienced practitioner or have recently gained your qualification, we would love to hear from you.

The Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS curriculum.
Supporting children's learning, development and overall wellbeing.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Supporting children's care, hygiene and welfare needs.
Working in line with EYFS requirements and safeguarding procedures.

Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education.
