Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm.

What you’ll do at work
Accountabilities:
* Liaising with customers regarding delivery schedules, delivery updates and service enquiries
* Accurate data entry and maintenance of transport management systems
* Communicating with hauliers, drivers and third-party delivery networks to coordinate collections and deliveries
* Monitoring daily transport operations and tracking shipments through to completion
* Proactively notifying customers of delivery dates, times and any delays
* Investigating delivery failures, service issues and customer complaints, ensuring corrective actions are taken where required
* Uploading, retrieving and tracing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
* Preparing and issuing loader packs, manifests and delivery paperwork
