We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading main contractor on a major warehouse, industrial, or distribution centre development. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale industrial and logistics projects from inception through to completion.
The Role
As the Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure the build is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day delivery of a warehouse, industrial, or distribution centre project.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team.
Monitor programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance.
Chair progress meetings and provide regular client updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme milestones.
Ensure a successful handover on completion.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution centre projects.
Previous experience working for a main contractor.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
Available to start immediately or at short notice.
