What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating temporary worker placements and client bookings
* Building great relationships with candidates and clients
* Managing our recruitment database and keeping records up to date
* Supporting workforce planning to ensure all client shifts are covered
* Handling emails, phone calls and day-to-day client communications
* Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent recruitment service
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, positive and enjoys working with people
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Able to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
* Confident using computers and learning new systems
* Calm under pressure, especially during busy periods such as Easter, Summer and Christmas
* Flexible to work a rotating shift pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays
Shift Pattern
This is a full-time, office-based position.
Rotating shifts include:
* 9:00am – 5:00pm
* 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Weekend and Bank Holiday availability is required on a rota basis.
