How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job Summary

    The Multi-Site Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a range of clinical services, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with CQC standards, and driving continuous improvement across all service areas. This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate teams and deliver high-quality healthcare services in secure environments.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead operational performance across multiple healthcare services.

    * Ensure compliance with CQC standards, governance and quality requirements.

    * Provide leadership for recruitment, performance management and workforce development.

    * Manage quality, incidents, complaints, audits and risk management.

    * Build effective relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders.

    * Support service planning, business continuity and continuous improvement.

    * Develop policies, performance reports and service development plans.

    * Provide on-call operational support where required.

    Qualifications

    Essential

    * Registered healthcare professional (NMC/GMC/HCPC)

    * Management qualification or equivalent experience

    * Full clean UK driving licence

    Desirable

    * Master's degree in healthcare or management

    * CQC Registered Manager

    * Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2)

    Experience, Skills & Knowledge

    Essential

    Operational management experience

    Experience managing CQC-regulated services

    Staff management and leadership experience

    Understanding of clinical and corporate governance

    Knowledge of regulatory frameworks

    Staff management processes

    Quality and risk management

    Leadership and communication skills

    Conflict resolution abilities

    Team management

    Report writing and presentation

    IT proficiency (Microsoft Office), Ability to establish and maintain credibility with all levels of staff, peers, and wider networks

    Desirable

    Master's degree in healthcare or management

    CQC Registered Manager

    Experience in secure healthcare environments
