The Successful Machine Operator Will Have:

Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience working in engineering, heavy industry, food manufacturing, FMCG, recycling, plastics, packaging, automotive, steel, timber or similar industries.
Forklift experience (advantageous but not essential).
Commutable to the Lincoln area.

The Role of the Machine Operator Will Include:

Operating forge and precision manufacturing machinery.
Producing high-quality components for leading aerospace and automotive manufacturers.
Carrying out quality checks and following production processes.
Monday to Friday - 8-hour rotating shifts.
Site-based role in the Lincoln area.
