Hello Recruitment is excited to be recruiting this key fundraising role for a well established charity based in Bedfordshire.
The Individual Giving Manager is an important role in the fundraising team reporting to the Head of Personal Giving and with 1 report in your team you will be part of a busy and energetic team where you will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing commercial strategies to acquire and retain individual donors and helping to engage and communicate with the general public effectively and with empathy.
As an Individual Giving Manager your key areas to focus on will be leadership and strategy, digital fundraising, data analysis and reporting and donor acquisition and retention.
You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with individual supporters and working with the wider fundraising Marketing & Comms teams you will help align fundraising opportunities in a strategic manner with the company vision in mind.
The ideal candidate will have experience of fundraising within a charitable environment and ideally have exposure to digital fundraising and automation coupled with strong written and verbal skills and a natural way of communicating across all levels combined with the ability to work across a number of different initiatives simultaneously. The role has a wide salary range of between £44000 and £53000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits and an environment where you can see the difference you are making to the people’s lives
