This is a particularly good opportunity for an Accounts Senior with strong statutory accounts experience who wants to move into a role with greater exposure to technical accounting, complex reporting and consolidated accounts.
The successful Accounts Senior will work closely with audit teams, managers, partners and client finance teams, dealing with a varied portfolio ranging from privately owned businesses through to larger groups.
The Role:
Preparing statutory financial statements for a diverse range of clients
Producing accounts in accordance with FRS 102 and FRS 102 Section 1A
Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements for group companies
Working alongside audit teams on financial reporting and technical accounting matters
Ensuring accounts comply with current accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Helping improve systems, procedures and processes within the financial reporting team
Supporting less experienced colleagues and sharing technical knowledge as the team continues to grow
