Our client, a recognised leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their established UK-wide Occupational Health team. Based at their site in County Durham this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in employee wellbeing while becoming an integral part of a friendly and collaborative department, site based with the opportunity for hybrid working.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality occupational health service across a range of activities, including:
Managing a varied case management workload
Supporting sickness absence management
Conducting return-to-work assessments
Providing guidance and support by answering queries from the Occupational Health Technician
Floor walking to identify workplace risks and health concerns
Attending Health & Wellbeing meetings
Supporting and delivering wellbeing initiatives
Carrying out health surveillance and health promotion activitiesAbout You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Occupational Health Advisor with strong case management skills and a proactive approach to workplace wellbeing. You will enjoy building relationships, working collaboratively, and making a positive impact on employee health.
