Salary: £26,592.45 FTE (Actual Salary: £22,460.39)
Hours: 37 hours per week, 37 weeks per year (part-time considered for the right candidate)

The Role:
We're recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to support students with a range of additional learning needs, helping them succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Working as part of a dedicated support team, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support across a variety of curriculum areas (Entry Level to Level 3).
Help learners develop their English, maths and study skills.
Support students during examinations and assessments.
Maintain accurate records of learner support and progress.
You'll be a patient, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / Support Worker/ Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with:
English and Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent).
An understanding of supporting learners with additional needs.
An LSA qualification (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
Strong communication, IT and organisational skills.
