How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is a leading global provider of integrated facilities management and workplace solutions. We are looking for a Lead Contract Support to join our team, providing vital operational, financial, and administrative support across a key client account.

    About the Role

As Lead Contract Support, you will work closely with operational teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the contract. You will be responsible for financial administration, reporting, purchase orders, invoicing, forecasting, compliance, and maintaining accurate contract records.

This will be a hybrid role based 3-day in the Leeds office and 2-days WFH.

    Key responsibilities include:

Managing purchase orders, quotations, invoicing, and billing activities.
Supporting financial reporting, forecasting, month-end processes, and aged debt management.
Producing client reports, portfolio reviews, and contract documentation.
Maintaining contract records, compliance documentation, and auditable trails.
Coordinating subcontractor administration, timesheets, training records, and holiday tracking.
Supporting contract renewals, annual maintenance planning, and commercial processes.
Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.

    About You

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    You'll have:

Previous experience in a Contract Support, Facilities Administration, or similar role.
    People management experience
Strong financial and commercial administration experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach with a strong customer focus.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Join CBRE and be part of a global organisation where you can develop your career while helping deliver exceptional workplace experiences for our clients
