How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – Sourcing & Supplier Management to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of product innovation and project execution—managing end-to-end development, from sourcing and cost negotiation to compliance and launch. You will work cross-functionally with global teams to bring high-quality personal care and cosmetic products to market, on time and within budget.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage project coordination, timeline management, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, supplier management, sourcing, and negotiation, along with the ability to drive projects through to completion.
    • Participate in global project meetings, supporting product development, tenders, and strategic initiatives
    • Prepare and manage artwork briefs, ensuring all label prints meet regional regulatory requirements
    • Lead cost-quoting and negotiation processes with suppliers, including RFP preparation and timeline coordination
    • Review and approve pre-production samples in collaboration with brand stakeholders before mass production
    • Partner with Sales, Global/Regional PD, Brand, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement teams to drive seamless project delivery
    • Create new product code forms and detailed product specifications
    • Coordinate with Global R&D to ensure formula compliance with UK & EU Cosmetic Regulations, staying ahead of market trends
    • Evaluate and provide expert input on sustainable packaging solutions
    • Work with suppliers to collect formulation documents (INCI, COA, MSDS) for regional registration
    • Explore new products and innovations through exhibitions and industry events (as needed)

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
    • 3+ years of experience in international trade, hospitality, or personal care product development
    • Familiarity with hospitality product ranges, personal care, and cosmetic manufacturing
    • Experience in cost analysis, formula development, EU/UK compliance, and sustainable packaging sourcing (a strong plus)

    Key Skills

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with exceptional Excel skills for timeline creation
    • Meticulous, hands-on, and proactive with a positive attitude
    • Strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
    • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can manage multiple projects independently
