### Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences
Support individuals with daily living tasks in line with care plans
Promote independence, dignity, and choice
Maintain accurate records as required
Support with daily routines and activities
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure consistent care
### Requirements
Female Support Worker (required)
Previous UK care experience
Passionate about person-centred support
Available to work 3 shifts per week
Ability to commit to the temp-to-permanent pathway (for the right candidate)
