Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm
Pay: £12.80–£13.00 per hour

Labourer / General Operative – Long-Term Opportunity
Are you looking for a hands-on role with the opportunity to learn new skills and build a long-term career?
We're recruiting a Labourer / General Operative to join a well-established business on the outskirts of Wellington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and is looking to develop within a supportive team.
This is a training position, with the opportunity to gain further skills and, following a successful probation period, potential forklift training and additional responsibilities.
The Role
Working under a covered canopy, you'll be involved in a variety of production and yard duties, including:
Loading and moving materials
Operating production machinery (full training provided)
Supporting the day-to-day running of the site
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working as part of a friendly and hardworking team
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone looking for a long-term opportunity
Reliable, hardworking and punctual
Comfortable with manual handling and working in an outdoor covered environment
Previous labouring, production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Own transport is essential due to the location
