About Us
Autoscan UK Limited is a leading provider of quality assurance and inspection services to the automotive industry. With years of experience and a commitment to excellence, we partner with top automotive manufacturers to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
The Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Inspector to support manufacturing and production operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring all components and assemblies meet engineering specifications and the high standards expected of a premium motorcycle brand.
This role requires strong inspection experience, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and confidence using a range of precision measuring equipment. Experience with CMM or FARO systems would be advantageous.
Working alongside production and engineering teams, your core focus will be verifying components from initial first-off setups straight through in-process manufacturing. You will be hands-on with a full range of precision equipment—from bore micrometers to shadowgraphs—translating complex GD&T requirements and engineering drawings into accurate, zero-defect parts.
Beyond routine checks, you will serve as a practical problem-solver when non-conformances arise. When a part falls out of spec, you’ll help lead root-cause investigations, determine corrective actions, and maintain the precise quality records needed to keep our standards high.
If you bring a solid background in first-principle inspection, clear communication skills, and a practical approach to driving continuous improvement, this role offers the chance to directly influence the quality of everything we build.
Please Note: All candidates must possess valid right to work in the UK without restrictions and must undergo a standard criminal record check (DBS).
All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
We are NOT able to support Visa Sponsorship for this role.
We DO NOT accept speculative CVs from Recruitment Agencies.
