We're seeking a skilled, passionate Registered Manager who has experience of multi site management to lead teams for residential services across the Chester area, Cheshire.
The role
To oversee the day-to-day management and leadership of 2 small residential services for adults with LD and autism and oversight of one single occupancy supported living service.
Lead and motivate a team of support staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies, including CQC standards.
Develop and implement support plans tailored to individual needs, promoting person-centred care.
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to uphold high standards of care and safety.
Support in any recruitment and selection and staff retention initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
About YOU:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
Proven experience in a managerial role especially across multi site management with the ability to lead from the front and develop and support your teams
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational processes effectively.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Commitment to delivering person-centred care and fostering a positive team environment.
Sound knowledge and experience of dealing with safeguarding and all CQC related guidelines.
Car driver with access to your own vehicle and flexible for travel across areas across the Chester locations.
A skilled RM with the awareness of this being a senior leadership role with clear expectations, accountability and autonomy to lead your services.
