How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Account Manager – Customer Success, Retention & Growth

    Interaction Recruitment are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Account Manager to join a fast-growing and ambitious organisation delivering premium client programmes.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or Customer Success professional who thrives on building strong relationships, improving customer experience and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

    You will take ownership of a portfolio of valued clients, managing the relationship journey from onboarding through to renewal. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure clients receive outstanding support, maximise the value of their programmes and continue their long-term partnership with the business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
    Own the customer journey from onboarding through to renewal, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
    Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and guidance.
    Conduct regular account reviews and check-ins to understand client needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
    Drive client retention through effective relationship management and proactive communication.
    Lead structured renewal conversations to maximise retention and reduce account churn.
    Identify opportunities for additional services and programme upgrades, working closely with internal Sales teams.
    Monitor client satisfaction and programme engagement, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
    Maintain accurate account records, renewal information and client activity within CRM systems.
    Produce reports and KPI analysis to support account growth and continuous improvement.
    Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Account Management and Programme Delivery teams.
    Attend key client events and internal meetings where required.
    About You

    The successful candidate will have:

    Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services or Relationship Management.
    A proven track record of managing and developing strong client relationships.
    Experience retaining customers and identifying commercial growth opportunities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
    A proactive and solutions-focused approach to customer challenges.
    Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Confidence working independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
    Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities within existing accounts.
    Strong IT skills, with experience using CRM systems advantageous.
