How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    One of our clients is actively looking for a passionate Junior UX Designer to join their collaborative design team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior creative to step into a supportive environment and is eager to advocate for the user and help craft intuitive, engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to translate user needs and business goals into seamless digital journeys.

    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Assist in conducting user research, including competitor analysis, user interviews, and surveys.

    *

    Create user personas, user journeys, and process flows to map out product features.

    *

    Design wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.

    *

    Support the planning and execution of usability testing sessions, gathering and analyzing feedback.

    *

    Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure UX principles are maintained through to the final build.

    *

    Keep up to date with the latest UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

    What Our Client is Looking For:

    *

    A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX process, problem-solving skills, and user-centered design thinking (essential).

    *

    1+ years of commercial experience or a strong degree/bootcamp background in UX Design, HCI, or a related field.

    *

    Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma is highly preferred).

    *

    A solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and accessibility guidelines.

    *

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate your design decisions.

    *

    A proactive attitude, a hunger to learn, and the ability to take constructive feedback on board
