Working in a state-of-the-art workshop, you'll repair a wide range of accident-damaged vehicles using the latest manufacturer-approved repair methods and equipment, helping to deliver outstanding results while enjoying excellent long-term career prospects.

The Role

As a Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels, restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition while ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest manufacturer standards.

Your Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality panel repairs and panel replacements.
Repair accident-damaged vehicles using manufacturer-approved repair methods.
Complete structural repairs, panel alignment and panel fitting where required.
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and bodyshop quality standards.
Work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced accident repair centre.
Collaborate with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to maintain an efficient repair process.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Panel Beater within a busy accident repair centre.
A recognised apprenticeship with an NVQ, VCQ, SVQ, ATA or equivalent qualification.
Excellent knowledge of modern vehicle repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods.
Strong attention to detail with pride in producing exceptional workmanship.
Self-motivated with the drive to maximise productivity while maintaining high-quality standards.
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a professional team.
Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

£54,600 Basic Salary.
Full-time, permanent position.
Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 5:00pm.
1 in 2 Saturdays.
