OTE £50,000+
Basic Salary: £35,000+ +Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Swindon

What you'll be doing:

• Preparing vehicles and panels ready for paint
• Mixing paint to achieve perfect colour matches
• Applying water-based paint systems to manufacturer standards
• Producing exceptional, high-quality paint finishes
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure every repair is defect-free
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician
• Has extensive experience using water-based paint systems
• Holds a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent (preferred)
• Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship
• Has excellent colour matching and paint mixing skills
• Works well both independently and as part of a professional team
