Key Responsibilities:
Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
Attend and resolve reactive electrical faults promptly.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with current regulations.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients and the team.Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
ECS/CSCS card preferred.
Experience in commercial maintenance and reactive works.
