Join our Outdoor Activity Centre team as an Instructor, delivering fun, action-packed experiences for guests. You'll coach and supervise activities, ensuring safety and creating memorable moments in a dynamic, physically challenging environment.
What you'll be doing
Set up and organise a variety of outdoor activities for guests
Maintain equipment and complete safety checks in line with company standards
Keep areas clean, tidy and professionally presented
Coach and supervise participants to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Your working hours
Part-time contracts available, with shifts falling between 8am and 6:30pm
You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
Must be aged 18 years or over
Emergency First Aid at Work (training can be provided)
Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure
Physically capable to meet the demands of the role
Confident, sociable and works well in a team
