Rate: £340 - £360 per day

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Design & Build company on a 3-month contract based across the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in Design & Build to oversee multiple projects and ensure successful delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress, manage programmes, and resolve any issues effectively.
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality on site.
Requirements:
Proven track record in Project Management within the construction industry.
Current or previous Design & Build (D&B) experience is essential.
Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
