Location: Weston Super Mare

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

Job Type: Permanent, Monday – Friday, 42.5hours pw

In the role of Hire Desk Controller, you will be acting as the central contact for clients and key accounts, while taking charge of coordinating all hire activities. What do I need?

* Experience managing multiple mailboxes

* Great customer service skills

* Prior experience within an Administration role

* Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.

* Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries via phone and email.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as; Transport. Workshop and Sales as well as Customers

* Managing multiple mailboxes and multitasking multiple tasks

* Managing a volume of outgoing / incoming hires from customers

* Processing admin enquiries

* Checking availability of equipment and making sure details are correct and up to date

* Track ongoing hire agreements maintain accurate documentation.

Desirable:

* Hire Desk experience within the plant industry or similar desirable but not essential

* Experience of the Syrinx system however, training available
