We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record of building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional candidates, and consistently achieving targets, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing:

Managing the full recruitment process - business development and candidate management.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
Sourcing, interviewing, maintaining and matching high-quality candidates to vacancies.
Keeping up to date with market trends and providing consultative advice to clients.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant with significant billing history
Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
