Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join our client's busy FMCG operation based in Chichester.

We are seeking both full-time candidates looking for ongoing work and ad hoc workers who are available for occasional shifts and flexible work throughout the week.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured, packed, and prepared to the highest standards. Working on a busy production line, your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring production machinery
Loading raw materials and packaging onto production lines
Packing, labelling, and quality checking finished products
Ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely
Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the production area
Following all health and safety procedures
Reporting any machine faults or product quality issues to supervisorsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
