About the Role
Prime Placers Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Brick Grab + Remote HIAB Driver for a long-term, ongoing opportunity based in Cardiff City, Cardiff, Wales.
This is not a builders' merchant role. You will be working within a specialist industry, transporting and moving high-value equipment using a Brick Grab + Remote HIAB. The work is varied, professional and offers excellent long-term stability with full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Operating HGV Class 2 (C) vehicles safely and professionally.
* Loading, unloading and moving equipment using a Hook HIAB crane.
* Carrying out deliveries and collections across customer sites.
* Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
* Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
* Completing all delivery paperwork accurately.
* Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Tachograph regulations.
* Representing the business professionally while on customer sites.
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence.
* Valid CPC Qualification Card.
* Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
* Brick Grab + Remote HIAB certificate (ALLMI or ITSSAR) is essential.
* Previous Brick Grab + Remote HIAB operating experience.
* Excellent understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation.
* Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach.
* Good communication skills and customer-facing attitude.
