Northwest

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + £15,000 - £30,000 OTE + Hybrid/Electric Car or Allowance + Excellent

This is not a replacement role, but a genuine investment in growth. The business is looking to appoint a high performing Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business while developing an established portfolio in the future. You will be backed by a dedicated marketing team, strong operational support, and a business with an outstanding reputation in the market.

Packaging experience would be advantageous, however exceptional business developers from similar sectors may apply. (3PL for example)

The Role

Drive new business across the Northwest and surrounding areas
Achieve a new business target of around £400,000
Target local businesses with a spend of around £25,000 - £40,000
Work closely with an experienced marketing team while building your own pipeline through proactive business development
Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for sustainable growth
Play a key role in an exciting expansion project with significant opportunities to make your mark
Requirements

Proven track record in Business Development, Area Sales or Technical Sales
A genuine hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
Packaging industry experience would be highly desirable, or similar industry
Candidates from 3PL, logistics, manufacturing, are highly desirable
Strong commercial awareness with excellent relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, driven and comfortable managing your own territory
