Fabricator Welder

Senior Salmon are recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join a well‑established workshop in Blidworth, specialising in high‑quality structural and architectural steelwork. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience who is confident working independently and can hit the ground running.

This is a hands‑on role producing a wide range of fabricated products, including balconies, balustrades, staircases, canopies and bespoke steelwork.

The Role

MIG welding and fabrication of steel

Reading engineering drawings and working accurately from technical specifications

Producing high‑quality fabricated components to workshop standards

Safe and efficient use of fabrication tools and equipment

Working both independently and as part of a skilled fabrication team

What We’re Looking For

Experienced Fabricator Welder with proven hands‑on background

Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Reliable, hardworking and able to work with minimal supervision

Experience within architectural or structural steelwork is highly beneficial
