About the Role
Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Property & Facilities Services Coordinator to join their UK&I Property & Facilities team based at their Head Office in Burton upon Trent.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be the face of the business, providing exceptional front-of-house support while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office.
From welcoming visitors and coordinating meeting spaces to supporting events, facilities, building operations and financial administration, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
As Property & Facilities Services Coordinator, you will:
Deliver a professional front-of-house and reception service to employees, visitors and contractors.
Manage incoming calls, shared inboxes, visitor access, reception duties and general enquiries.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, courier services and confidential mail.
Support workplace operations including desk bookings, meeting room setups and event coordination.
Work alongside Facilities Management teams to ensure the building remains safe, compliant and operational.
Carry out site inspections, support health and safety activities and assist with emergency procedures where required.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers to ensure high service standards.
Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support financial administration activities.
Assist with office moves, space planning, occupancy monitoring and workplace improvements.
Provide administrative support across the wider Property & Facilities team as required.About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service and takes pride in creating a positive workplace experience.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in a customer-facing, reception, facilities or office support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately.
