We're recruiting for a number of Production Operative positions with a well-established engineering manufacturer in Northampton. These opportunities are available across several departments, including Paint, Sheet Metal, Assembly and Core Plant, offering a variety of hands-on manufacturing work.
Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to build your skills within engineering, we'd like to hear from you.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Operating production machinery and equipment.
* Assembly of engineered components.
* Supporting paint preparation and finishing processes.
* Loading, unloading and moving materials.
* Supplying production areas with components and materials.
* Using hand and power tools.
* Completing quality checks.
* Following engineering drawings and work instructions where required.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Supporting production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
We're looking for people who:
* Have previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience.
* Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
* Can work as part of a team.
* Have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
* Can follow instructions and work safely.
* Are reliable and punctual.
* Are comfortable with manual handling and being on their feet throughout the shift.
