You'll be responsible for managing service requests from start to finish, ensuring customers receive a smooth and professional experience throughout. Working closely with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service enquiries and requests from initial contact through to completion.
Coordinate engineers and specialist contractors to deliver service activities efficiently.
Prepare and issue quotations and supporting documentation.
Monitor ongoing jobs and provide customers with timely progress updates.
Ensure accurate record keeping, reporting and administration.
Support invoicing, purchasing and general operational processes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. About You
Previous experience in a customer service, administration, planning or coordination role.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to learn.
