What You’ll Do
* Teach and assess learners across ESOL programmes at a range of levels
* Deliver engaging, learner-centred English language lessons covering speaking, listening, reading, and writing
* Support learners in developing functional English for employment, education, and daily life
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of learners from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds
* Prepare learners for progression into further study, employment, or vocational pathways
* Maintain high standards of teaching, assessment, safeguarding, and professional practice
* Inspire confidence, communication skills, and a love of learning
What You’ll Bring
* Relevant ESOL, English, Linguistics, or Teaching qualifications (Level 3 or above)
* Experience teaching ESOL or supporting learners with English as an additional language
* A strong understanding of inclusive, supportive, and culturally sensitive teaching approaches
* Teaching or assessing qualifications are welcomed but not essential
