🚗 Driving Licence Essential
This role involves supporting people in the community, including attending appointments, activities, and social outings.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this position. Unfortunately, if you do not hold a full UK driving licence, we will be unable to progress your application.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting people with daily living activities and personal care where needed
* Encouraging independence and building confidence
* Accompanying customers to appointments, activities, and community events
* Helping people develop hobbies, interests, and friendships
* Building positive relationships and making a genuine difference every day
* Working flexibly across a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
