Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, your primary duties will include:
Conducting thorough inspections of all parts according to company and customer specifications.
Performing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) inspections to ensure precision.
Inspecting incoming goods to meet strict quality standards.
Calibrating company equipment to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Carrying out first-off inspections, both manual and CMM.
Overseeing on-the-job training for Trainee Quality Inspectors as requested.
Organising, documenting, and reporting dimensional inspection results for FAIR and PPAP documentation.
Generating Quality Control Notifications (QCN) for non-conforming products with clear, precise information.
Participating in the 8D process and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assisting with daily quality requirements under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager and Deputy Quality Assurance Manager.
What We Are Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Previous quality or inspection experience, preferably in an engineering setting.
Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
Knowledge of CMM operations and programming.
Experience with equipment calibration.
A self-motivated attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.
