We are currently recruiting for a Binding Operative to join the team, a leading book manufacturer.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role within the Binding Department, where you'll operate and monitor binding machinery used to produce high-quality books. You'll be responsible for monitoring production processes, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring all finished products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating and monitoring binding machinery

* Monitoring production processes to maximise efficiency

* Carrying out quality checks on finished products

* Ensuring products meet company quality standards

* Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Shift Pattern:

* 12-hour shifts

* 3 days per week
