Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking enthusiastic a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a welcoming and supportive Trust of schools in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience across a variety of educational settings.

The Role

As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support their learning and progress.
Assist in creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
Support pupils with varying learning needs, including those with SEND where required.
Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil engagement.
Adapt confidently to different school environments across the Trust.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
Previous experience working within a primary or secondary school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
A flexible and proactive approach to working across different schools.
A genuine passion for supporting young people to achieve their full potential.What We Offer:
