What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Support pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, Complex Needs and Learning Difficulties
* Lead whole-class learning and small group interventions
* Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and school leaders
* Create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
* Adapt learning to meet individual pupil needs

* An experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
* A Cover Supervisor looking to work within specialist education
* A Teaching Assistant ready to take the next step in your career

* Experienced working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEND)
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as an HLTA or within a school setting
* Confidence managing classroom behaviour and leading learning
* A caring, patient and positive approach to supporting young people
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
* Flexibility to work across schools in Medway and Swale
* A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential
