We're recruiting for a Parts Supervisor in Norwich to join a well-established and award-winning business within the agricultural machinery sector. As a Parts Supervisor in Norwich, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the parts department, leading a small team, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring customers and technicians receive the right parts at the right time.

As a Parts Supervisor, you'll support the successful operation of the parts department by:
Supervising the daily running of the parts department
Supporting and motivating the parts team to achieve targets and maintain high standards
Providing excellent customer service across face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries
Identifying and supplying the correct parts for customers and technicians
Managing stock levels, deliveries, and inventory accuracy
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records
Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient operations
Supporting showroom sales and assisting with product enquiriesWhat we're looking for:
To be successful as a Parts Supervisor, you'll ideally have:
Previous experience within a Parts Supervisor, Parts Advisor, or similar position
Experience working within automotive, plant, HGV, agricultural, or machinery environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Good IT skills and confidence using business systems
Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
A proactive and professional approach to your work
