Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to work on a supply basis across a successful and supportive Trust of schools in Sheffield. The Role

As a Supply Primary Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons across a range of year groups within primary schools.
Follow school planning and adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Support pupils' academic progress, confidence and personal development.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and school communities.
Provide continuity of learning and maintain high expectations in the absence of the class teacher.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to quickly establish positive relationships.
A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different schools.
A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting children to achieve their potential.

Essential Requirements:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
An Enhanced DBS Disclosure on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
The right to work in the UK.
Two satisfactory references covering the last two years.
