A leading multi-disciplinary are now seeking an CDM Principal Designer due to growth. You will work on varied projects such as MOJ, Heritage and large-scale commercial buildings. Working in a hugely experienced team, you will enjoy a fair mix of project exposure and mentorship.
The CDM Principal Designer will mostly undertake design stage risk management as a key objective, meaning site inspections will be minimal, roughly undertaken 3 or 4 times a month.
They successful CDM Principal Designer will work from an office in a scenic London area, twice a week.
The Role
The successful CDM Principal Designer will be involved in limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role will require clear communication to ensure handover to Principal Contractor is as effective as possible.
The Person
The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 2 years within a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management role.
You will have a NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate.
