Role overview and company benefits:
Starting salary of £35,815.00 (£17.66 per hour)
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm with Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
39 hours per week (including a 30-minute lunch break)

This TIG Welder role holds the below responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Setting up and operating TIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Welding materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel, titanium, and other alloys.
Preparing materials by cleaning, cutting, grinding, and fitting components before welding.
Inspecting completed welds for defects using visual inspection and measuring equipment
Repairing faulty welds and carrying out rework where necessary.
Maintaining welding equipment and performing routine maintenance checks.
Recording production and quality documentation accurately.
The ideal candidate for this TIG Welder role will have the below:
Proven experience in welding and fabrication across a variety of projects
TIG welding experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and complete fabrication work with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work additional hours when required to meet project deadlines
Willingness to undertake site work and occasional evening or weekend overtime
Full UK driving licence
